I have a few times. I don’t like to cook but I do like to bake and make desserts. Apple crisp cheese cake is sooo good. I should make one too Cos I have about 3000 apples in my kitchen from apple picking this past weekend.

A couple of times many years ago.  I didn't have a spring pan and used a pretty glass pie dish.  It tasted fine but didn't slice and serve as nicely as it should have.  No worries; my husband ate the whole thing the first time I made it.  :)

No. I have eaten some before but prefer the cheap box ones.
I have never had apple cheesecake sounds good.

My daughter is the fancy cook in our family. Her layered triple chocolate cheesecake is to die for. Decorated with chocolate curls and Tim Tams.

She did an apple one once.  I helped by stewing the apples. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at October 6, 2021 1:00 PM MDT

How certain are you it won't be a cheese apple pie?

Many moons ago.  It was ok, not nearly as good as a New York Cheesecake with real raspberry sauce.
