A question for men:

Can you recommend a book for men on how to present yourself in a professional manner as well as social aspects including good table manners and how to eat properly?  I have a young friend who is going to become a business owner within the next 6 months.  He needs a little polish to help him become successful.  If it is written specifically for men he will read it.

    Sorry, haven't come across anything like that... 

    I was taught to keep my elbows on the table and mouth wide open, for establishing dominance. I'd suggest not doing that.
