What is your view of Trump running for a second term?

Could he pull it off

Of course he could. But what he needs to do is start doing what he said he was going to do, and the Dems need to come up with a strong candidate. Somebody better than Hilary. If they can't, Trump may get a second term without having to do anything.

Earlier this year he seemed unsure of completing one term by telling us holding the office was not much fun and that he left a better life. That and he had to adjust to government housing. A step down from what he is accustomed to.

He won't make it to the end of his first. The Republicans are headed for a train wreck in the midterms if he's still at the helm,  and a Dem-controlled Congress will see him impeached almost immediately.

Would that be wise?  That would be a big woof on half the voters in the country and how would they react?   The politics of vengeance I think can only reap more of the same.

His approval rating is down to 37%, which means that fully a quarter of those who did vote for him now regret it.

He is a strong leader and seems to get away with telling a lot of lies (isn't that what a politician is expected to do?) and he saved the planet from the liberals.
    Go Trump!

As long as the economy continues to improve, he will win a 2nd term. Now these Rep that are failing to support doing things they have ran on dor decades, they are gonna go home. ie. Tax cuts, Obamacare, securing the border etc.

I think these older people should give younger people a chance, even if it means a bit of a shakeup.  There are good younger people on both liberal and conservative sides of a moderate cast.  The extremely punitive views of candidates such as Warren and that Bernie person will just polarize more voters.  Trump seems to be rather a charismatic flash in the pan.
