What if Trump DOESN'T go to NY to turn himself in?? Will there be a gunbattle?

Hello:

So, I'm thinking he's NOT gonna turn himself in..  In his mind, that's what losers do.  So, will the Marshal Service, whose job is to execute interstate warrants, get into a gun battle with the Secret Service and the Ron DeSantis army?

Could THIS be the act that sets off Civil War 2.0?

Inquiring minds wanna know.

    As much as Trump holds himself as being above the law, I really don't think even he would be so bold as to not turn himself in.  He wouldn't want the Marshals to have to come after him.  That would be a humiliation worse than publicly showing his mugshot.

    This is now a moot question as Trump came to NY last night and supposedly will be turning himself in at 2:15PM this afternoon.  Then he will go back to Mar-a-Lago and at 8:15 PM will begin his "I'm a Victim" speech.
