WHAT'S BEHIND DOOR #4? Breaking news: Trump indicted in Georgia

Four indictments in five months.  Trump only has the best indictments.  This has to be a record.  Thank you Georgia.  Go, Fani!

    I skimmed the  indictment, but it's going to take a while to read it thoroughly. There are 19 indicted co-conspirators and, if I read correctly,  26 unidicted co-conspirators. Trump took it as well as can be expected.

    One of the things behind door # 4 will be a new can of  phony spray on tan. In Georgia trials are televised so Trump is going to want to look his best. Cheers!

     The gist of the four criminal cases against Trump, via CNN:

    1. Manhattan prosecutors' hush-money case: 34 counts against Trump.
    2. DOJ special counsel's classified documents case: 40 counts against Trump.
    3. DOJ special counsel's election subversion case: 4 counts against Trump.
    4. Atlanta prosecutors' Georgia election meddling case: 13 counts against Trump.

    That total is 91 counts against Trump.  If they can't get him on any one of them so that he serves jail time, there is something seriously wrong with our justice system.

    The Georgia case is a state RICO case which, if he's convicted, is not pardonable by ANY president.

    It also cannot be pardoned by the governor.  There is a Board of Pardons who can issue a pardon 5 years after the prison sentence has been served and no laws violated in that time.

    I was just thinking another thing that is behind  door #4 is a whole lot of ratting out. I think it just got real  for the 18 Trump allies that will be charged along side of Trump so they are going to start ratting each other out big time. They have until Aug. 25th to surrender themselves or face being arrested. So they better hurry up and start ratting - the early rat catches the plea deal.

    Yesterday I read that it is likely that this time Trump will have to pose for a mug shot. His MAGA crowd is already vowing to get the mug  shot on a t-shirt  and proudly wear it with their MAGA hats.

    I have to agree with you that the co-conspirators are very likely going to sing as loud as they can to get a deal for themselves.  I hope he does have to pose for a mugshot - every other person arrested has to do it, why not him?  Too bad they didn't handcuff him like they do the others, too.

    Thought I better add that we better enjoy the new indictments well we can because Trump is saying he has documents that prove it's just a witch hunt. And he is going to to release more info this afternoon at his golf coarse . Bet what ever he has is nothing more then a diversion. Cheers!

    News Flash Trump just aroused that it won't be until  next Monday that he gives the info.

    Trump says he will deliver a "CONCLUSIVE" report next Monday that should get everyone to drop all the charges.

    Yeah I think he is planning on saving his healthcare plan for leverage when he is up for parole  - let me out and I'll show you my secret health care plan. He never had a health care plan and I bet he doesn't have conclusive proof that should get everyone to drop all the charges. What I figure he is going to do is come next Monday he will claim that he can't  talk about the conclusive proof because there is a racist prosecutor in Georgia that has the hots to put him in prison - even though she had an affair with a gang member.

    I also found it interesting that  he said the conclusive proof "should" get everyone to drop all the charges. A few months ago he would of said it "will" get everyone to drop all the charges so I think he is scared and losing convivence. Cheers!

    From what I'm hearing, if Trump does produce a report, it could be used as evidence of obstruction of justice or jury tampering. I also wonder why,  if Trump has 'irrefutable proof', why he is only providing it now, instead of in all the court cases that were dismissed for lack of evidence. He is critical of Fani Willis for taking this long to bring charges, so why did it take him so long to produce his report? This should be interesting.

    If he doesn't let up on calling the prosecuting attorneys names and referring to "proof" outside of the courtroom, Justice Chutkan could very consider him to have breached the terms of his release and hold him in prison until trial.
